Tyler W. Konney


Tyler W. Konney is President of Taylor & Dodge, overseeing all operations and setting the strategy for the company. He founded the company’s entertainment practice, focusing on film finance as early as 2007, and began working on the distribution of feature films after experiencing firsthand the deficiency of efficient monetization available to the producers of feature films. Mr. Konney has facilitated the development of original concepts, the financing of new projects, and the distribution of over sixty feature films in the international and domestic market.

Nicholas Erickson

Manager, Production and Sales

Nicholas Erickson graduated with a B.A. in Digital Media Productions and Communications from Tulane University, and subsequently received a Masters Degree from the AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles. Prior to joining Taylor & Dodge, Nick worked in acquisitions at Focus Features. He oversees T&D's business affairs, licensing, operations, and production.

Sarah Wansor


Sarah Wansor recently graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Television, Radio and Film and Finance. Prior to joining Taylor & Dodge, Sarah held internships in development and finance. She functions as T&D's liaison for production and delivery.

Barbara J. Greaves

Senior Advisor

Barbara J. Greaves has over 35 years of experience counseling major corporations and financial institutions in solving complex problems and maximizing returns. She has negotiated the purchase, sale and leasing of large commercial properties in New York City and throughout the United States, working with clients such as GE Capital, MGM Pictures, Bank of America, the Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, and Pierre Cardin among others. Ms. Greaves was one of the first women to found a successful commercial real estate advisory firm in New York City at a time when women at such levels of business were rare.

Ms. Greaves attended Cornell University and received her advanced professional certifications from the Real Estate Institute at New York University.

Paul E. Konney

Senior Advisor

Paul E. Konney has served as a CEO of the health sciences company Metagenics and as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of three Fortune 500 Companies: The Estee Lauder Companies Inc., Quaker State Corporation and Tambrands Inc. He began his legal career at the law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton in New York City. Mr. Konney has extensive experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and merger integration. He has led negotiations on numerous major intellectual property licenses.

A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. Konney received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

William N. Blanchard


William N. Blanchard has proven expertise in general management and project development across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defense, communications, finance and systems engineering. He has successfully managed consulting projects for Lockheed Martin, Loral, Motorola and World Bank. Mr. Blanchard heads the Corporate Development practice at Taylor & Dodge.

Prior to joining Taylor & Dodge, Mr. Blanchard was Senior Vice President of Business Development at a major division of Lockheed Martin, President of Loral Space and Range Systems and Vice President of Network Engineering at Ford Aerospace.

Mr. Blanchard received his Ph.D., M.S. and B.S. degrees from Stanford University.

Richard H. Seraydarian


Richard H. Seraydarian joined Taylor & Dodge after 25 years of experience as a senior executive at Fortune 50 companies, including IBM and Lockheed Martin. He specializes in restructuring, rationalizing and right-sizing major corporate units and operational divisions. His corporate responsibilities have included human resources, administration, operations, real estate and facilities management. Mr. Seraydarian has led the consolidation and disposition of major corporate properties throughout the U.S., including leased and owned facilities, machinery and equipment. Mr. Seraydarian also has extensive experience in merger integration and in developing new systems and processes to manage re-engineered businesses.

Mr. Seraydarian received his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army.
